Framed Flat Rooflight FAQs

As standard our Flat rooflights achieve a U-Value of 1.2 with double glazed units. There is an option to upgrade to triple glazed that will allow you to achieve a U-Value of 0.7.
As standard the rooflights come with Clear Low E glass. You can upgrade to satin privacy or solar glass if you would prefer. All of these options are available in both double and triple glazed units.
The rooflight glass comes assembled within its frame, no assembly is required. The rooflight just needs to be simply lifted into place.
All of our rooflights are manufactured bespoke to order. This means that we can supply a vast range of sizes.
Our Framed Flat Rooflights are on a 3-5 day lead time if you choose from one of our website listed sizes. For sizes outside of the website listed sizes, there is an additional week lead time,

Contemporary Function Frame

As a standard the frame comes in a dark grey colour for these skylight windows. The high quality design guarantees excellent thermal insulation and light transmission from the fixed roof lights. The framed roof double glazed windows are also BS6375-1 weather tested, which means they are tested against air permeability, water tightness and resistance to wind load.

Energy Efficient

Our Double Glazed glass have a centre pane U-value of 1.2 and our Triple Glazed glass have a U-value of 0.7 which is 30% better than rooflights with standard double glazing and enhanced sound reduction. All units are Argon gas filled and have Thermal Super Spacer technology as standard. The outer panel can be supplied in either clear, solar or privacy glass to suit your needs
